Experience, in any shape, is the object of creation. The subject is the frame from which the experience is created. The individual is the self-aware Universe perceiving.

Some brilliant quotes.
"Within the human consciousness is the unique ability to perceive the transparency between absolute, permanent relationships, contained in the insubstantial forms of a geometric order, and the transitory, changing forms of our actual world. The content of our experience results from an immaterial, abstract, geometric architecture which is composed of harmonic waves of energy, nodes of relationality, melodic forms springing forth from the eternal realm of geometric proportion."
-Robert Lawlor, Sacred Geometry
"It is ignorance that causes us to identify ourselves with the body, the ego, the senses, or anything that is not the Higher Self. He is a wise man who overcomes this ignorance by devotion to the Unitary Reality."
-Shankara, The Crest Jewel of Wisdom
"There exists a faculty in the human mind which is immeasurably superior to all those which are grafted or engendered in us. By it we can attain to union with superior intelligences, finding ourselves raised above the scenes of this earthly life, and partaking of the higher existence and superhuman powers of the inhabitants of the celestial spheres.
"By this faculty we find ourselves liberated finally from the dominion of destiny, and we become, as it were, the arbiters of our own fates. For, when the most excellent parts in us find themselves filled with energy; and when our soul is lifted up towards essences higher than science, it can separate itself from the conditions which hold it in the bondage of every-day life; it exchanges its ordinary existence for another one, it renounces the conventional habits which belong to the external order of things, to give itself up to and mix itself with another order of things which reigns in that most elevated state of being."
-Iamblichus, The Egyptian Mysteries.
"The real Gnosis. . . is a mystical knowledge and experience transcending that appearance of things which the ordinary individual accepts as the only 'reality.' "
"We do not become Christs (Christos) because he was that. We shall never become it simply by believing that he was that, or that he did all that the Gospels record; or that he did something for us which washes away our sins and gives us a short cut to eternal bliss. No. We shall only achieve the same likeness when 'that same mind' (or 'word') which was also in Christ Jesus has been 'brought to birth' in us also, i.e. when we have realized that we, equally with him, are essentially divine in our deepest nature; that we are, equally with him, 'sons' of the same 'Father,' and are thus able to manifest as he did that divinity in our very humanity."

Sad civilization.
A masquerade of delusions commonly held as truth, caballing against man's true nature for the sake of power and control. May this civilization be hailed as the pinnacle of knowledge, for man knows not better than to praise what he's feed from infancy. Divulging time and time again a distorted Dialectic, and yet calling ourselves Platonic descendants. And thus, neither higher thought nor reality are attained for all thoughts are mathematical.
No true Philosopher lives, hence the standpoint of higher vision is regarded as fantasy, and in it's stead a perversion created by our egocentric selves is set ever present.
Sad existence is this, where the only companion oneself has is the One through oneself.
